Loktak Origins

Loktak Origins is a premium culinary brand dedicated to preserving and elevating the agricultural heritage of Manipur. Curating small-batch, single-origin products, such as Soibum (fermented bamboo shoots), Thoiding (perilla seeds), and Chilli Powder: the brand bridges ancestral farming wisdom with the modern, high-end kitchen. The design challenge was to move away from conventional, mass-market spice packaging and instead build a visual system rooted in Quiet Luxury Minimalism. The solution treats each package as an editorial canvas, honoring the unique terroir of the Loktak region through an elegant, transparent, and highly restrained aesthetic.
